During the Carnival Season, there is a minimum stay of seven (7) nights. Guests staying two weeks will receive one night free.
Payments for Carnival 2018 are to be made utilizing the following schedule:
Accepted forms of payment are PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, or Wire Transfer.
There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows.” If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid, it is up to City Living Bed & Breakfast to determine applicable refunds or penalties.
You must be at least 18 years old to check in with City Living Bed & Breakfast. Check-in is at 2:00pm. Early check-in is possible if the schedule permits. At check-in time, you must provide a valid credit card as a form of guaranteed payment and a government issued form of identification. We do not accept cash or debit card as a guaranteed method of payment at check-in time. We will place a hold against the provided credit card to guarantee payment for the room, taxes and incidental charges. You must register your Party at check-in time in order to allow your Party access to your room.
A $300.00US incidental hold per room will be required upon arrival. Provided there are no incidental charges required at the conclusion of your stay, the hold will be lifted.
You have access to the building and your room 24 hours a day throughout your stay. You will be given a room key when you register on arrival. You have full responsibility of your room key for the duration of your stay. If keys are lost, you will incur a fee of $20.00US for a replacement.
You will also have 24 hour access to the building. During normal operating hours, you will have open access in and out of the building. After hour access to the building will be controlled by Security.
You will only be given a gate remote if you register a vehicle. You have full responsibility of the gate remote for the duration of your stay. If the remote is lost, you will incur a fee of $200USD for a replacement.
Each room has a maximum occupancy rate that has been identified during booking. If the number of guests exceeds the allotted amount without prior approval, additional persons will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00am-10:00am.
Check-out time is at 12:00pm. Late check-out is possible if there are no incoming guests on your day of departure. Please consult with the front desk to make these arrangements. There will be penalty of $15.00US for every hour past 12:00pm if late check-out has not been approved.
All incurred charges during your stay are a personal indebtedness and shall be paid at check-out.
For the protection of your valuables, we provide safe deposit boxes in every room and at the front desk. We are not responsible for valuables or jewels left in a vehicle or room unless they are deposited in the safety deposit boxes provided by us. In any case, we assume no liability over $1,000US.
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you and/or your Party cause, to the accommodation or its contents. We ask that you report any incidents when they occur.
We reserve the right to charge you for any damages incurred by you and/or your Party during your stay.
City Living Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking facility. There is a designated outdoor smoking area. Individuals who are found smoking indoors will incur a penalty to be determined by City Living Bed & Breakfast. There is NO Smoking on the Patio.
You agree to not remove any items from City Living Bed & Breakfast (e.g. furniture, appliances, bed and bath linens, furnishings, kitchen items, radios, etc.) without authorization. If you do so, you will be charged for the cost of the replacement.
Guests who have paid to occupy City Living Bed & Breakfast, and are in compliance with their obligations as outlined in this agreement, will be entitled to enjoy full use of the facility without undue interruption or interference by staff and/or other guests.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
City Living Bed & Breakfast provides onsite parking on a first come first serve basis. There is street parking available at your own risk. City Living Bed & Breakfast does not assume any responsibility for any vehicles that are not secure on our compound.
As previously stated, valuables left inside of your vehicle are your responsibility. City Living Bed & Breakfast assumes no responsibility for said items.
Pets are not permitted in the house or on the adjoining land. Well behaved assistance dogs are welcome.
Any violation of this policy is cause for immediate termination of tenancy with no refund and full and immediate liability for any additional cleaning necessary and all damages incurred by said animal(s).
City Living Bed & Breakfast provides you with Wi-Fi access throughout the building. By accessing the service, you are agreeing to obey the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not access the service.
You acknowledge that use of the Wi-Fi provided by City Living Bed & Breakfast is entirely at your own risk.
Without prejudice to the foregoing generality we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free at all times, or will meet your requirements; and we are not responsible for security, integrity, accuracy, suitability, or completeness of any information that you transmit or receive while using the service.
Nothing in this agreement serves to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Subject to the statement above we shall not be liable to you in contract, tort or otherwise arising in connection with this agreement for any economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenue, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, any special, indirect or consequential losses or any destruction or loss of data.
If any part of the service is not available to you through no fault on our part or where the failure, suspension or withdrawal of the service is beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be obliged to pay any compensation to you.
You will indemnify us against all and any losses or claims arising from any breach of the agreement by you, and against any claims or legal proceedings arising from your use of the services which are brought or threatened against us by another person.
Any exceptions to the above mentioned points must be agreed to in writing, in advance by the Managing Director.
